Thai massage

Spordimassaaž

Thai massage or so called “lazy persons yoga”.

The mechanical effect of the massage gives muscles elasticity, at the same time improving the supply in the tissues with oxygen and nutrient. Stretching, which is done with breathing, give the needed mobility for the joints and also restore their length.

Thai massage is very good against tiredness. Also it is a good analogue for those, who do not like to be touched directly by the masseuse, but at the same time need the help that massage provides.

What to wear during the massage:

It would be the best if the clothes chosen would not be made out of slippery fabric. It would be great if they are made out of cotton, are comfortable – long pants and long sleeved shirt. For example thermo underwear, long underwear, leggings with long sleeved t-shirt or something ells similar. This kind of clothing gives the masseuse an edge while doing the massage and the client would feel more comfortable.
